corn and steel

Awesome! Just awesome! Ethan and I had the best time last night at the Bird’s Nest in Chicago. There was a little confusion with the time slot so ended up going on very late and keeping the audience there very late. All the bands we played with were cool and special in their own way.  Robbie Gold  a new artist out of Chicago played a cool mix of r&b and folk with a great bunch of guys backing him up.  Honestly, I wanted to steal his acoustic guitar he sounded so good!  And what a voice!  As always Eric Selner’s band was rocking!  And we met up with a sound guy from an old haunt The Spot.    All and all is was a solid night of music.
